Tomato Sage Consortium Records re-releases "If I Ran the Circus." Originally released in 2003, it was the label's first release. It is a collection of five of my classical compositions. There are three pieces for solo instrument (one with pre-recorded sound) and two for trio. The release features artists of high repute including Erika Duke-Kirkpatrick on cello, Lesa Terry on violin, Zela Terry on cello, Joseph Mitchell on glockenspiel, Alex Cline on percussion and the late great Dorothy Stone on flute. IIRTC is largely a set of homages, to Emmett Till, Issey Miyake, the crew of the space shuttle Challenger, the guy who hung out on Gogotha and the king who brought that very same guy the gift of myrrh in his infancy.
